Cooking for one not easy

There is sure to be million upon millions of people who run in the same problem in the world when they are living on their own. The problem is “How do you cook for one?” When you have had a long day at work and come home wondering what to eat on your own, it is a difficult task to tackle to say the least.
Cooking for one can be a test of one’s will power because it can be exhausting using all the dishes in the kitchen for one meal. Additionally, especially if you are not a cook, then it becomes a matter of what mixes together right and now you are facing a real challenge. Often times you cook enough to feed an army and the cook gets bored of the meal the next day.
The creativity becomes a factor when preparing a meal because leftovers are an essential for a single person to have as the week progresses. Cook something you can be proud of and prepare down the road.  Food is expensive to buy on a daily basis and  conserving is crucial  because the grocery bill can get quite hefty.
Eating out is a easy avenue that a single person can take. However, more often than not  it is  overpriced for the quantity on your plate and not worth the visitors experience at most restaurants. The food is less desirable and could be a money saver.
TV dinners or pizza nights are good in a pinch once in awhile but only good on filling up with carbohydrates, which could lead to health problems down the road.
There is nothing like a good home cooked creative dish to lift ones spirits after a long-drawn out day at the office.
If someone has a simple solution to how to cook for one, please do not hesitate to throw your solution on the table.
