Summer solstice peaked its head on June 21 and everyone should enjoy the sunshine before its too late.
The sun lifts ones spirits at any point in the year, but especially when the summer months are around. Whether its taking a nap in a hammock  or hanging with friends by a bonfire, it makes the mood that much more brighter and leaves a positive mind set.The days are hot and the nights are longer and so cherish those road trips because there is one spot along the way that you will never forget because of the location or the story behind the roadside cafe that you stopped at because you took the opportunity to get out enjoy the tunes and sunshine on the open road.
Does not the smell of a fired up grill spell summer?
Conversations are always consistent during backyard barbecues at this time of year because of the warm nights.  It is a real good way to  relive the good times with best buddies and make new friendships, while sharing a laugh or two.
If your a home body during the warm months, take advantage of the events around your town and act as a tourist and go pick up a tour guide and see what is happening on a local scale. Go for a walk down main street and see what entertainment you can find because you might be surprised as to what you discover.
Appreciate the summer months because before you know it the crisp mornings will be back and your wishing the heat wave was still here.
Turn off the TV, get up in the morning and throw on a pair of shorts and soak in the sun rays.
