Ready for the splendors of autumn

Despite the enormous heat wave that was experienced in a lot of places this summer, it was an overload and quite frankly I am over it for this year. After a glimpse of change in the weather pattern this past week it has been refreshing if you ask me.
There is no crisper feeling then waking up in the morning and feeling the morning fall air, while enjoying a cup of java. It is just so clean and enjoyable. Fall is great for so many other things too with its leaves changing that make for some stunning photography if you hit a jackpot location.
It also means little necessities like sweaters and the ever so delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks (non of the others compare, Sorry Folks!), turkey dinners and pumpkin pie. Nothing like a turkey coma for the win.
Goblins and ghouls will set out for a fun night of trick or treating too on Halloween.
These are all comforts and cozy characteristics of a what fall is all about.
Also, I can’t forget the start of another NHL season and for me I’ll be hitting the ice for the first time consistently with a local hockey team in Medicine Hat. I hope I can remember how to shoot the puck! Looking forward to enjoying these few amenities that fall has to offer and building up the excitement for many more.
