Poorhouse Players present: ‘The Best Haunted House Ever’

Senator Gershaw’s Grade 11 Poorhouse Players will present The Best Haunted House Ever performance through a live-stream show on May 28.

“They’ve put a lot into their set, making it fit the theme, so it’s going to look great—like a nice, haunted house,” said Ali Vos, Poorhouse Players director.

“I can’t really say too much about the plot without giving too much away, except that it’s a couple of school groups who are looking to set up a haunted house and they come across an abandoned house that belonged to their old biology teacher, and see that it would work as the perfect set up for a haunted house.”

Donations will be accepted instead of ticket sales at atbcare.com.

“Play in a Bag” goodie bags will be on sale for $5 and can be purchased by emailing Vos at alivos@prrd8.ca.

Funds go towards Grad 2022.

The livestream will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday at senatorgershaw.ca.

A recorded show for alternate viewing will be available by June 4.
