We had our first meeting in October, where 31 members and 12 cleavers signed up for an amazingly fun year!! There are lots of projects on the go including market steer, heifer project, hogs, lambs, welding, leather work, cooking, and small engines. Pretty much everything but the kitchen sink!!
In November, we held our elections. The results are as follows:
President: Ward Murray
Vice President: Ty Meyer
Secertary: Janey Murray
Treasurer: Samanta Lentz
Club Reporter: Liam “the great” Stuber
Club Historian: Chase Smyth
Parliamentarian: Wyatt Derzaph
District representatives: Ryan Murray & Caden Stuber
We are excited with the new executive as they have promised lots…. Hopefully they deliver!
In December we made candy trays. We made a bunch, 1250 to be exact. Golly that was a whole lot of fun. It was like Santa’s workshop! It was so organized and everyone did a amazing job. The speed and efficiency would make old Henry Ford proud. Candy Trays is our one and only fundraiser for the year. Thanks to everyone who purchased one or many. I don’t want to see another Santa jujube for another whole year. We decided to go bowling for our Christmas party, you gotta love those bowling shoes!! Anyway that’s all for now, keep posted for the next issue.
Cheers, Liam Stuber
