Help us support families in need

40 Mile Regional FCSS

The Christmas Giving Campaign dedicated to helping families, individuals, seniors, and others in our community who may be facing challenges this time of year has begun.

If you know of a family, individual, couple or senior who could benefit from some extra support this holiday season, we invite you to refer them to our campaign. We are offering Christmas gifts and holiday essentials to help brighten their holiday along with a Christmas meal hamper supplied by the County of Forty Mile Food Bank.

Here’s how you can help:

• Nominate a Family or Individual in Need: If you are aware of someone in need, please encourage them to apply. They can easily do so by scanning the QR code below or filling out an online application at https://questionpro.com/t/AXEIPZ4WlY

• Collaborate with Us: If you are already working with a family or individual who could benefit from this program, please let us know. We are happy to work together to support one another and ensure that everyone receives the help they need.

• Support a Family or Individual: If you or your organization would like to sponsor or support a specific individual or family this holiday season, please contact us directly. We are happy to match you with someone in need or provide more details on how you can contribute.

This campaign is open to all residents of the County of Forty Mile communities, regardless of age or background, and we are committed to helping as many as we can. Your support in referring those in need or offering your own assistance will make a significant difference this holiday season.

The deadline for families to register is December 5. We request sponsorship items be dropped by December 16. Hampers will be delivered to recipients by December 20. Cash donations are used to purchase additional gift cards for local and surrounding businesses to enhance the hampers.

If you have any questions, or would like more information, please feel free to reach out to the Forty Mile Regional FCSS 403-545-2200 or 403-867-2766.
