The County of Forty Mile wrapped up their week long membership drive last week. Etzikom saw 25 members sign-up, while half a dozen signed the application in both Foremost and Burdett.
The county is looking for many more members to help reduce rural crime.
Memberships are available on the South Eastern Alberta Rural Crime Watch Association’s website,
and can be mailed to Box 772 Medicine Hat, Alberta T1A 7G7, at the Bow Island RCMP detachment and the County of Forty Mile office.
More information can be obtained from Dave Matz at the county office (403) 867-3530 or Chantel Timmons (403) 952-8824.
