The Bow Island Legion opened its doors in honour of those who had fought for our freedom at 10 a.m. on November 11.
The service was well-attended, featuring a Colour Guard, a reading of the names of those who served and passed, and a laying of countless wreaths on behalf of dignitaries, the Town, and various families, businesses, and clubs that wished to pay tribute to the fallen.
Prayer was lead by Bow Island Evangelical Free Church Pastor George Mills.
