The 26th Annual Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede Beef Pen Show sure knew how to bring them into the corrals.
Both Pen Show and the adjacent Cowboy Christmas Trade Show each had a full slate of exhibitors and competitors for the Dec. 20-21 event at the Cypress Centre Fieldhouse.
The evening of Dec. 20 was especially popular as the Breed Association Steak Sampling with seven different breed associations offered a taste of their associations’ breeds’ steaks.
The Christmas Trade Show under the leadership of the Exhibition’s Doreen Gunderson, enjoyed a full slate of vendors and a lot of traffic both days with everything from art, jewelry, blankets, knitting, clothing and food — all with a country or cowboy theme.
Following are the results from the Beef Pen Show. There were exhibitors from across all over Alberta and Saskatchewan.
