Live fire training exercises to commence at CFB Suffield Oct. 12

British military units will be conducting a reconnaissance training exercise on municipal special areas land north of the Range and Training Area (RTA) at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield from October 12 to 20, 2016.
This exercise will not involve weapons or live-training activities.
Troops will be using roads and approximately 100 square kilometres of special areas land north of the RTA to conduct this exercise.
Approximately 15 vehicles, similar to SUVs, will be travelling throughout the area. There will be no disruption to public roadway access as a result of this exercise.
