Bow Island and Foremost Summer Fun Program coordinators Elijah Lavoie-Pierzchala and Alexis Watkiss are excited to announce that the Summer Fun Program will once again be running for all youth in grades five to nine in Bow Island and Foremost. They will be joined by their assistants Kayla Yates (Bow Island) and Kendyl Hollingsworth (Foremost). This program is an excellent way for youth to have fun this summer, make friends, and enjoy the outdoor air. There is a $50 cost for this program which includes the supplies for activities, such as tie-dying, painting, movies, water fights and more, along with an away trip in July. The events will take place one to two times a week! The Summer Fun Program will have its first activity on Monday, July 7th in Bow Island and July 8th in Foremost. A huge thank you goes out to our local chambers and Forty Mile Regional FCSS for providing support and allowing for the many successes of our program. If your children are interested in signing up for this program, please call (403)-545-6222 for Elijah in Bow Island or (403)-867-3077 for Alexis in Foremost. You can also pick up a registration form for the programs at either Bow Island or Foremost FCSS and Community Resource Center offices.
