Sharron Marie Brown, of the County of Forty Mile, will have another day in court in August after it was determined she was not meeting the terms of her conditional sentence.
Brown, who had two counts with causing an animal distress under the Animal Protection Act, had previously had a six-month extension from Jan. 17 to July 15.
At the January hearing, the court ruled to have her case moved to July 15, with charges dropped providing she met demands set out in her conditional sentence.
Her case has been adjourned to Tues., August 19, at the Medicine Hat Provincial Courthouse.
