Bow Island Coun. Lyle Tuchscherer moved second reading, while Coun. Dave Harrison moved the third reading of the amendments to Bylaw 2018:05, both of which council approved unanimously at its April 23 meeting.
The bylaw will now officially work within the confines of the Municipal Government Act.

The first reading was passed on March 26.
