CFB Suffield fire department responds to oil well fire

CFB Suffield Fire Services responded to an oil and gas operations fire in the northwest corner of the base at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
The blaze was well contained around an area that surrounded a well head and did not create an explosion.
Crews extinguished the fire just before 4 p.m.
There was no one injured in the fire.
