Town council voted in favour of passing the recreation fees at its March 8 meeting.
A monthly fee for camping with power and water will be $800,$200 per week or $30 a night.
Group fees for up to 10 people will be $50 at the Servus Community Arena.
A $250 monthly fee will be charged to the Bow Island Pickleballers to use the arena from April to September.
Application for subdivision fee
An application fee will cost $900, a per lot fee of $300 and a final endorsement fee of $200.
Ball diamonds booth
The town is leaning towards the demolition of the ball diamond’s announcer booths after noticing they are in disrepair.
“They’re not being used and becoming a bit of a hazard,” said Mayor Gordan Reynolds.
“Kids are playing in them and we don’t want to see anybody hurt. They’ll (public works) just take them down.”
