The fee structure reflects future assisitance for arena repairs.

Non-prime time would be Monday to Friday before 4 p.m. and after 10 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.
A $15 facility booking cancellation fee, the removal of the two-hour minimum on ball diamond rentals was removed and changes to the swimming and lifeguarding programming were added to the bylaw.
Prior to second reading being passed ,council had discussed an inquiry about a wind farm company looking to book five to six campsites for an extended period of time from March to November at a reduced rate.
The finalized rate would be subjected to the division manager’s discretion.
