Irvine 4-H Beef news

Throughout the last few months, we have been busy. In February we had a second weigh in for our steers. Irvine 4-H Beef hosted Colour Night on Feb. 27. We also had our speak offs and they were on Feb. 26 in Irvine. All the members did a great job speaking on a variety of different topics. The winners from speak offs were:

Junior

1st– Devyn Lightbown

2nd – Weston Pasiciel

3rd – Tayla Bates

Intermediate

1st– Jessa Krauss

2nd – Nate Vossler

3rd – Heather Vossler & Paisley Robertson

Senior

1st– Jane Stafford

2nd – Kadence Albrecht

The top two from each category then went on to compete at Districts at Seven Persons on March 6. Our Irvine 4-H Beef members did excellent! Winners were:

The top two winners from Districts now move onto Regionals on March 19. Good luck members!
