Bow Island Skating Club brings movie magic to ice

March 19th marked the Bow Island Skating Club’s year-end carnival, letting skaters show off their skills to some of Disney’s best hits.
From breathtaking solo performances by StarSkate senior members while in ensembles calling to mind Pocahontas or Pinocchio, to the Pre-CanSkate youth showing off their first steps into performance to songs from The Lion King or Frozen, all the skaters put their best foot forward, and rounded out their season on a high note.
