A Redcliff man is in custody accused of an ATM theft in Eatonia, Sask. this summer.

Cole Marshall, 36, of Redcliff, appeared in Kindersley Provincial Court on Nov. 23 after RCMP there arrested him on a warrant from the Leader detachment.

That agency investigated the theft of an automatic teller machine in July from Eatonia, about 40 kilometres north.

Kindersley Mounties say Marshall was in a truck stolen in Unity, Sask. at the time of his arrest on Nov. 19. A search warrant turned up a trailer and other stolen goods.

Marshall faces single counts of breaking and entering and possessing stolen property, two counts each of theft over and under $5,000 and three counts of mischief over $5,000.
