RCMP investigates bomb threat turned hoax

The Redcliff RCMP have deemed a bomb threat on Feb. 8 was a hoax.

The local RCMP unit says they were alerted to a bomb threat made on social media regarding a Dunmore address last Thursday night at 8:53 p.m.

RCMP officers attended the scene and after completing their investigation, deemed the threat was a hoax.

The Redcliff RCMP say they are continuing the investigation into the source of the threat.
