The preliminary hearing for a Mountie charged with sexual assault and two breaches of trust has been set for Dec. 15-16. RCMP member Elliot Teed was arrested earlier this year after a public complaint was received about a physical search administered by Teed on a woman at a traffic stop.
Teed, who was stationed at Bow Island at the time, has been off-duty since June, 2015, according to reports in April.
