Brad Pay and Danielle Lank
Redcliff Youth Centre
Since joining the Redcliff Action Society for Youth Board in 2025, Brad has become an invaluable part of the Youth Centre team as the go to maintenance volunteer. Brad is always first to step up, lend a hand, and take on whatever needs to be done to keep the Youth Centre a safe, functional, and welcoming space for our youth. Brad’s commitment extends beyond the Youth Centre, as just in the past month, Brad has contributed an incredible 165 volunteer hours supporting organizations such as the MH Musical Theatre, Medicine Hat Lions Club, and much more.
Danielle Lank has been the heart of the Redcliff Action Society for Youth Board as Secretary for the past eight years. Her long-standing commitment, reliability, and attention to detail help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes that often goes unseen, but is absolutely essential to the Youth Centres’ success. Outside her role with the Youth Centre, Danielle is a dedicated mom of two and an aerial fitness instructor, bringing the same passion, energy, strength, and balance from her volunteer work into everything she does.
