The Town of Redcliff wants to make residents aware of new parking regulations in effect under a new traffic bylaw.

Under the new restrictions, motor vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles cannot be parked in an alley unless they are actively engaged in loading or unloading goods or passengers.. For commercial vehicles, this may not exceed a period of 30 minutes.

Additionally, no vehicle or trailer of any type may be parked on sidewalks or boulevards, or on private property without the consent of the owner or person in charge.

The Town warns that violations may result in fines or towing, and thanks residents for doing their part to “keep our community safe, accessible and respectful for everyone” in a social media post.

Those with questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out to Redcliff bylaw enforcement at 403-581-8755 or via email at bylaw@redcliff.ca.
