Bow Island Legion re-opens

The Bow Island Legion Branch #197 would like to inform the public that the building will not be sold and will continue to serve the community.

The legion had been closed for a year-a-half due to COVID.

“We are graciously accepting rentals, (and) open immediately as of Dec. 1, 2021,” said Walter Krysiak, Legion vice-president.

The members of the executive would like to thank Dave Hyland and Carol Maxwell for their dedication and service.

Both Hyland and Maxwell resigned.
