Car v. motorcycle
The driver of a motorcycle was transported to a Calgary hospital by STARS with non-life-threatening injuries following a collision with a car on Township Road No. 212, east of Highway 36 on Sept. 6.
Upon arrival shortly after 5:25 p.m. officers found the Duchess Fire Department providing medical aid to an injured adult male motorcyclist as STARS Air Ambulance was en route.
The initial investigation revealed the driver of the car was attempting a left-hand turn onto a service road when the motorcycle collided with the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Mounties say alcohol and speed are not considered factors in this collision.
